Pipelines is a mobile app that connects underrepresented talent to job and training opportunities in tech, entertainment, and creative industries.
Shari began her work in the diversity & inclusion space as Program Manager at PromaxBDA, working closely with the entertainment marketing industry where she implemented and maintained several programs that spanned across the country. Her primary programs being Promo Pathway, the Executive Mentorship program, and the first ever Creative Coach Program. Through Promo Pathway, she worked directly with underrepresented, emerging talent to prepare them to transition into the entertainment marketing industry and the early stages of their creative careers.
Prior to Pipelines, Shari worked as Program Administrator for the first ever Commercial Directors Diversity Program (CDDP); endorsed by both the AICP and the Directors Guild of America. During her tenure, she fostered strong partnerships with both the DGA and AICP memberships and created an industry-engaging platform that provides immersive opportunities to underrepresented commercial and film directors.
